Welcome to Manzanilla Commons

Manzanilla Commons is a multifamily development in the City of Fresno that combines adaptive reuse and new construction to transform the former motel site at 1240 North Crystal Avenue. 
This project supports Fresno Housing’s mission to create and sustain vibrant, inclusive communities across Fresno County, providing residents with permanent housing and a place to call home.

This revitalized community includes 63 total units—offering studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments designed to serve low-income and at-risk-of-homelessness households. On-site amenities include a community building with resident services and meeting space, a laundry facility, secure gated access, a tot-lot playground, basketball court,  dog park, and on-site parking.

Manzanilla Commons is a home key-funded development that responds to the City of Fresno’s growing need for high-quality, affordable housing—particularly along the Parkway Drive corridor.
